Minako Norimatsu
Born and raised in Japan, Minako Norimatsu earned a degree in psychology at Sophia University in Tokyo before moving to Paris in 1992. Fully trilingual (English, French and Japanese), she works as a fashion, beauty, lifestyle and culture journalist, stylist, translator and content creator. Besides contributing to Spur (Japan), Elle Japon , Wallpaper* (U.K.) and other titles, she draws on her expertise in the rapport between Japan and the West, acting also as a consultant and business provider: Advising on branding, networking, marketing and digital communication. In 2013, her “Guide du Japon à Paris” (Guide to Japan in Paris) was published by Editions du Chêne. An updated version was published in 2015
静岡県生まれ。東京の上智大学文学部心理学科卒業、短期間スタジオヴォイス誌で編集の仕事を経験した後、1992年に渡仏。以来日本語、英語、仏語の３か国語に通じたライター、トランスレーター、そしてコンテント・クリエイター。シュプール、エル ジャポン、Wallpaper*誌のほか複数のメディアに寄稿し、活動分野はファッションを中心にビューティ、ライフスタイルからカルチャーまで多岐に渡る。2015年にはシェーヌ出版より、パリにおける日本をまとめたフランス語のガイドブック、Le Guide du Japon à Parisを出版。スタイリト、プロデューサーも務めるほか、コンサルタントとしてはネットワーキング、ブランディングからビジネスプロバイドまで、ビスポークなサービスを提供する。
